Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a coordinator to work with the ABCD study team on neuroimaging and neurocognitive assessments for children and adolescents. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and handle data and regulatory tasks to support protocol adherence.

The role requires availability for evenings and weekends and a bachelor’s degree with relevant program experience. Opportunities exist to contribute to large-scale longitudinal neuroscience research.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and one year of relevant program experience.
• Experience in a lab and with study protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and evaluates research staff; leads onboarding and staff trainings.
• Coordinates participant communication and scheduling to support retention and protocol adherence.
• Administers and oversees clinical and neuropsychological assessments for child and parent participants.
• Manages biospecimen collection and processing for hormone levels, neurotoxin exposure, and genetics.
• Ensures site data management and regulatory compliance; supports annual site monitoring.
• Leads weekly team meetings and prepares weekly metrics and reports.
• Manages petty cash for research participant payments; performs miscellaneous tasks.
