Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, biology, or a related field.
• One year of relevant program experience.
• Experience with EEG, fMRI or other physiological measures preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, data processing).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and screening of research participants, including development of advertising materials and outreach to potential participants.
• Obtain informed consent, enroll study participants and conduct study visits per protocol.
• Assist with non-invasive brain stimulation sessions.
• Schedule study visits around MRI availability and subject schedules, including after-hours when needed.
• Coordinate data management per protocol: maintain behavioral, diagnostic, EEG/fMRI/physiological data and retrieve data for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain accurate records per FDA, IRB, sponsors, and Good Clinical Practice; participate in sponsor/IRB monitoring visits.
• Attend weekly staff meetings to review study progress.
