Job summary

This full-time role requires a relevant license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LPE), CPR/FA and Crisis Prevention Intervention training, and the ability to maintain thorough documentation, coordinate referrals, and participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in applicable field.
• Must hold valid License as a LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LPE.
• CPR/FA and Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required.
• Ability to document accurately and professionally.
• Experience with at-risk youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy for MBH patients and families.
• Develop treatment-planning goals/objectives with patients and treatment team.
• Manage youth intake, psychosocial assessments, and discharge planning.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and liaise with social service agencies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all patients and attend treatment team meetings.
• Support ongoing staff training and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
