Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and compassionate environment for adolescent and young adult patients.
• Guide patients through daily schedules including therapy, activities, meals, and transitions.
• Lead or support experiential activities like mindfulness, recreation, and group experiences.
• Model calm, respectful behavior and healthy coping strategies.
• Stay grounded and respond effectively in high-stress situations to restore calm.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to maintain a unified care environment.
