Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling or sociology is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to listen attentively with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong collaboration and communication with team.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and supportive space with compassionate care and supervision.
• Guide adolescents through the daily schedule including therapy, activities, meals, and transitions.
• Lead or support experiential activities (mindfulness, recreation, group experiences) promoting healing and connection.
• Model calm, respectful behavior and healthy coping strategies.
