Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Behavioral Health team in a Partial Hospitalization Program for adolescents. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor medications within a 9a-3p daily schedule.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver group and individual therapy, provide transitional follow-up for 3 to 6 months after discharge, and enjoy comprehensive benefits,

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing medication monitoring.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team delivering group and individual therapy services.
• Maintain an average daily schedule of approximately 10 patient visits, onsite and follow-up.
• Provide transitional follow-up care for patients after discharge for 3–6 months.
