Rosecrance is hiring an Addiction Counselor for our Adolescent Residential Program in Iowa. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based substance use disorder treatment, counseling clients and families, and developing individual treatment goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or related field preferred or commensurate experience and training.
• Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Addiction Studies or related field required and a tCADC/CADC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based therapies.
• Develop and document client treatment goals and progress in EMR.
• Maintain required documentation within established timeframes.
• Deliver lectures/workshops to clients, families, staff and community groups.
• Assume case management responsibilities and participate in team meetings.
