Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years leading complex digital, technology, or experience-platform programs.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service.
• Production delivery experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
• Experience leading enterprise programs across global and distributed delivery teams.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (life sciences, medical devices, financial services, etc.).
• Working knowledge of the broader Adobe ecosystem (Target, Launch, Real-Time CDP, CJ Analytics, Workfront, Assets).
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage program financials, governance, and delivery risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital experience programs from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Oversee program performance: timelines, budgets, scope, resources, risks, dependencies, quality.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and internal leadership for alignment.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams toward shared milestones.
• Develop resource and capacity plans across distributed teams.
• Establish governance, escalation, change management, and decision processes.
• Identify risks early and adjust delivery strategies as priorities evolve.
• Incorporate security, compliance, and validation requirements into planning.
• Support the use of AI and emerging technologies within client/compliance boundaries.
• Mentor delivery teams and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Summary: This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across global programs, ensuring cross‐functional teams stay aligned around delivery goals, timelines, budgets, quality, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a combination of Adobe platform expertise, enterprise program leadership, and consulting experience, with the ability to work effectively with both executive stakeholders and highly technical teams.

• Lead large-scale digital experience programs from initial planning through implementation and ongoing delivery
• Oversee overall program performance, including timelines, budgets, scope, resources, risks, dependencies, and quality
• Partner with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to maintain alignment and address challenges
• Coordinate multiple technical and functional workstreams toward shared milestones
• Develop resource and capacity plans across geographically distributed teams
• Establish effective governance, escalation, change management, and decision‐making processes
• Identify program risks and dependencies early and adjust delivery strategies as priorities evolve
• Incorporate security, compliance, regulatory, and validation requirements into program planning
• Support the effective use of AI and emerging technologies within appropriate client and compliance requirements
• Mentor delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 12+ years of experience leading complex digital, technology, or experience‐platform programs
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service
• Production delivery experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
• Experience leading enterprise programs across global and distributed delivery teams
• Previous consulting or professional services experience
• Experience working in regulated environments such as life sciences, medical devices, financial services, or similar industries
• Working knowledge of the broader Adobe ecosystem, including Target, Launch, Real‐Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Assets
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage program financials, resource planning, governance, and delivery risk

Preferred Experience

• DA.live or other document-based authoring platforms
• Coveo or similar enterprise search and product discovery technologies
• GxP validation environments
• Large-scale content migration initiatives
• CI/CD and modern enterprise release practices
• Global privacy, security, and data residency requirements
• Experience supporting programs spanning multiple countries and regulatory environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
