Job summary

Accenture, a leading global professional services company, is seeking a Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of Adobe-based programs. You will manage client relationships, financials, resourcing, and overall program health, drawing on a consulting background to align strategy, design, and technology.

The role requires guiding multi-workstream teams, defining epics and stories, engaging senior stakeholders, and shaping solution approaches. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in technology program or project delivery with Adobe experience.
• Proven track record delivering multiple Adobe products at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and integration patterns.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with budgets > $1M and 10+ team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, global Adobe solutions and programs.
• Develop relationships with sr. management and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Plan and estimate delivery with Agile approach, including on/off-shore resourcing.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Define requirements and translate into epics and stories.
• Guide the Experience lead team on strategic vision and UI/UX.
• Contribute to solution plan definitions and client funding discussions.
• Engage client stakeholders on justification, scope, and timelines.

You Are:

A highly effective Delivery Lead to join our team. An individual filling this role will be responsible for the overall success of our Abobe programs, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background and will have experience managing programs that combine strategy, experience design, and technology disciplines.

The Work

• Works in a highly client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale full-stack Adobe solutions
• Develops strong working relationships with the sr. management team and identifies follow-on project opportunities
• Plans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planning
• Manages day to day on-shore and off-shore project teams during the project lifecycle
• Manages the project ideation, gathering the high level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and stories
• Manages Experience lead team in developing strategic vision and creative UI/UX design
• Manages and contributes to solution plan definition
• Interacts with client stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope and timeline
• Contributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources

What You Need:

• You have a minimum of 8 years of technology program or project delivery experience, with at least 4 years leading enterprise Adobe platform implementations
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience delivering two or more Adobe products at enterprise scale: Workfront, AEM, AEP, Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, Target, or Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem — platform interdependencies, integration patterns, and implementation sequencing
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs with budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+ people
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If

• You have Adobe certifications across one or more platforms: Workfront, AEM, AEP, Marketo, or Adobe Analytics
• You have experience leading Adobe Content Supply Chain implementations (Workfront + AEM + Creative Cloud + GenStudio)
• You have familiarity with Workfront as a delivery management platform — using it to manage the program itself
• You have experience working with or managing Adobe implementation partners and system integrators
• You have a background in marketing technology, digital experience, creative operations, or martech transformation programs
• You have hands-on experience with enterprise change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR)
• You have knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and API-led connectivity in Adobe delivery contexts
• You have experience delivering in regulated industries: financial services, healthcare, pharma, or government
