Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Adobe Marketing Technology Expert for a remote contractor project focused on testing marketing workflows and evaluating AI-generated outcomes in enterprise marketing operations.

Strong understanding of enterprise marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

Test and evaluate marketing workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Analytics, and Experience Cloud.
Assess integrations between content, campaigns, analytics, and DX platforms.
Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and unrealistic AI-generated outcomes.
Provide clear feedback on usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience.
Recommend improvements based on enterprise marketing and content operations best practices.
Document findings and provide actionable feedback for AI model improvement.
Evaluate relevant tool connectors and workplace integrations.
Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.
