Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketing Technology Expert to support an AI training and evaluation project for enterprise marketing operations. You will test workflows and evaluate AI-generated outcomes to provide practical feedback based on real-world experience.

Responsibilities include testing with Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Analytics, and Experience Cloud; evaluating content, campaign, and analytics integrations; and documenting findings for AI model improvement.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, and Analytics tools.
Strong understanding of marketing, content, campaign and digital experience workflows.
Ability to evaluate and optimize marketing technology processes.
Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify practical versus unrealistic workflow scenarios.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Test and evaluate marketing workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, CJA, Analytics, and Experience Cloud.
Assess integrations between content, campaign management, analytics, and digital experience platforms.
Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and unrealistic AI-generated outcomes.
Provide clear feedback on usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience.
Recommend improvements based on enterprise marketing and content operations best practices.
Document findings and provide actionable feedback for AI model improvement.
Evaluate relevant tool connectors and workplace integrations.
Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.
