Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior, hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer expert to help build and shape our FAS marketing technology engine. You will own onboarding, configuration, and maturation of AJO while guiding enterprise teams to maximize value from the Adobe stack.

The role emphasizes acting as a trusted advisor to marketers and engineering, aligning business needs with technology strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes through personalization and journey orchestration in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (or closely adjacent tools) with a clear path to AJO mastery.
Fluency across the Adobe stack (CDP, Target, Marketo, tag management, Web SDK, CJA) and ability to connect components.
Strong consulting instincts: listen, frame problems, influence across tech and business partners.

Responsibilities

Be our AJO expert; lead onboarding, configuration, and maturation as the marquee capability.
Drive adoption and utilization; translate tools into everyday business outcomes.
Connect the stack with surrounding platforms and guide use cases for FAS.
Shape operational workflows, standards, and scalable practices for reliability.
Troubleshoot configuration and execution issues with cross-team collaboration.
Advise marketers and enterprise teams on how to maximize technology value.
