Job summary

Jobylon AB is seeking a skilled enterprise software implementer to lead deployment and configuration of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for major clients.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, designing implementation plans, and coordinating complex system integrations with CRM and marketing platforms. You will drive data migration, UAT, and production deployments, while delivering training and knowledge transfer to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 4-8 years implementing enterprise software.
• 3+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience configuring and deploying Adobe solutions in client environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
• Configure Adobe platforms based on solution design and best practices.
• Execute system integrations with third-party applications, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Support data migration, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Conduct implementation workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution with internal and client teams.
• Monitor deployment progress and ensure successful project execution according to agreed timelines.
• Maintain implementation documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in post-implementation support and optimization activities.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure architectural alignment and adherence to Adobe standards.
• Provide implementation estimates, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
