Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. in Des Moines, IA, is seeking an Adobe Analytics Consultant to join our Data Strategy and Intelligence practice. You will design, implement, and optimize AEP and CJA solutions, build data models, and support enterprise integrations.

The role emphasizes data governance, identity management, and scalable analytics capabilities, with collaboration across stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Hybrid work is available with 1–2 days onsite.

Qualifications

Duration: 11+ Months

Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Adobe Analytics Consultant, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AEP and CJA solutions
• Build and maintain customer data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities
• Design and support integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise systems
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Establish and support data governance, identity management, and data quality practices
• Provide recommendations on platform architecture, best practices, and scalability

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schemas, datasets, identity management, governance, and audience activation
• Strong experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including data views, reporting, calculated metrics, and customer journey analysis
• Experience designing and implementing customer data solutions and data models
• Strong API and integration experience across enterprise platforms
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and customer identity concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud products
• Experience integrating AEP with CRM, marketing automation, web, mobile, and other enterprise systems
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), ETL processes, and modern data architectures
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
