Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Adobe Analytics Consultant in Des Moines, IA (Hybrid) or remote. The role focuses on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, implement, and optimize scalable customer data and reporting solutions.

You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver robust analytics capabilities, manage data governance, and drive platform architecture decisions.

Adobe Analytics Consultant

Role Overview

An experienced Marketing Technology Consultant specializing in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required to support customer data, analytics, and integration initiatives across the marketing technology ecosystem. This professional will partner with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable customer data and reporting solutions. The role demands a hands-on expert who can collaborate effectively to deliver robust analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AEP and CJA solutions.
• Build and maintain customer data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities.
• Design and support integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish and support data governance, identity management, and data quality practices.
• Provide recommendations on platform architecture, best practices, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis and design with a focus on marketing technology platforms.

Technical Skills: Deep hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schemas, datasets, identity management, governance, and audience activation. Strong experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including data views, reporting, calculated metrics, and customer journey analysis. Proven ability designing and implementing customer data solutions, data models, and API integrations across enterprise platforms.

Professional Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining data governance and quality concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience integrating AEP with CRM, marketing automation, web, mobile, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), ETL processes, and modern data architectures.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
