Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Data Platform Specialist to design and maintain AEP XDM schemas, data pipelines, and platform governance within a healthcare setting.

You will configure RTCDP audiences, identity resolution, and destination activations while building CJA connections and dashboards for analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AEP XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Configure and support Adobe Real-Time CDP audiences, identity resolution, merge policies, and destination activations.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot data quality issues, and maintain governance policies.
• Build and maintain CJA connections, data views, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Develop and manage Adobe Target experiments, audiences, offers, and personalization activities.
• Support Adobe Launch, Web SDK, Alloy.js, and AEM integrations.
• Create documentation, data dictionaries, and platform standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
• Participate in Agile planning and platform optimization initiatives.

Job description

• Design and maintain AEP XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Configure and support Adobe Real-Time CDP audiences, identity resolution, merge policies, and destination activations.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot data quality issues, and maintain governance policies.
• Build and maintain Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) connections, data views, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Develop and manage Adobe Target A/B tests, audience segments, offers, and personalization activities.
• Support Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK, Alloy.js, and AEM integrations.
• Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and platform standards.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
• Participate in Agile planning, platform enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Real‑Time CDP (RTCDP).
• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Experience with Adobe Target.
• Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK, and Alloy.js.
• Experience with XDM schema design, data ingestion, audience activation, and identity management.
• Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and AEP Query Service.
• Understanding of data governance and HIPAA‑compliant data practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise personalization or customer data platforms.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working within a healthcare organization or other regulated industry.
