Job summary

GE is seeking an experienced ADMS Test Engineer to support testing, validation, and deployment of GE ADMS environments and related GE tools. The role combines utility domain knowledge with rigorous software testing to ensure reliability and operational readiness of critical distribution applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GE ADMS and related tools.
• Experience with utility domain and grid-management applications.
• Ability to translate requirements into repeatable tests and documented results.
• Strong communication with engineering, operations and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for ADMS applications and related GE tools.
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate distribution operations workflows involving SCADA, outage management, distribution management, switching, network models, and related grid functions.
• Log, track, retest, and document defects; partner with technical teams, business users, and vendors through resolution.
• Validate interfaces and data exchanges between ADMS and connected utility systems such as GIS, SCADA, OMS, AMI, or other OT applications.
• Maintain traceability among requirements, test cases, execution results, and defects.
