Job summary

Info Way Solutions in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking an ADMS Technology Engineer to drive the full lifecycle of Advanced Distribution Management Systems, including design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of software, hardware, and integrated systems for grid operations.

The role collaborates with Analysts, Product Managers, System Operators, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and reliability requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADMS experience and implementation knowledge.
• Experience with production support, upgrades, and system integration.
• Ability to design, configure and verify cybersecurity-compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with analysts, product managers and operators to meet reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Review technical designs, configurations, and deployment artifacts for accuracy and security.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues, perform root-cause analyses, and propose long-term fixes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure ADMS meets service levels and regulatory standards.
• Support deployment activities for new features, upgrades, patches, and defect resolutions across environments.
• Document procedures, configurations, and operational practices for knowledge transfer.
• Perform workstation and server patching across Windows and Linux environments.
