Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical ADMS configurations.
- Support ADMS implementation and production operations.
- Perform system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Assist deployments, upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Integrate and test interfaces across SCADA, OMS, GIS, DMS, Historian, ICCP.
- Patch Windows and Linux workstations and servers.
- Review designs, configurations, code, and deployment artifacts.
- Monitor system performance and service levels.
- Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, operators, and vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation and configurations.
- Support VMware vCenter and virtualized environments.
- Develop operational reports and Power BI dashboards.
- Assist end users with access and configuration issues.
- ADMS / Grid Operations Systems Integration.
- Experience with SCADA / OMS / GIS / DMS integrations.
- Strong technical documentation and communication.
