Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support ADMS, OMS and DMS functionalities in ADMS Systems group.
• Document testing, troubleshooting and enhancements of products.
• Assist with new product releases and system updates through testing.
• Coordinate with IT, DCC Support, and field organizations on configurations.
• Provide support to DCCs and field operations during normal and storm situations.
• Develop and implement best practices for ADMS system functionality.
