Job summary

RandomTrees LLC is seeking a data and systems specialist to optimize how our grid management data is modeled and reported. You will work with ADMS/OMS platforms, GIS-based network models, and outage data to drive reliability insights.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on tool experience (SQL, Excel, Power BI), strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to translate gaps into actionable roadmaps for improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ADMS or OMS platforms (e.g., GE GridOS/ADMS, Schneider Electric ADMS, Oracle Utilities NMS, Survalent, OSI, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the distribution network model and how it is built and maintained from GIS.
• Experience with outage data and reliability reporting (SAIDI/SAIFI and related regulatory reports).
• Data analysis and data quality assessment skills (SQL, Excel; Power BI or similar for reporting).
• Ability to run a gap assessment and turn the findings into a practical roadmap.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
