Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years experience as a supervisor in the Admitting areas of an acute care facility preferred.
• Ability to interpret third party payer principles and terms; COBRA knowledge helpful.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient, family, and physician satisfaction on a daily basis; manage admissions flow.
