Gundersen Health System in Wisconsin is seeking an Admitting Counselor/Registration Clerk to greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure accurate pre-admission information. This role supports smooth patient flow in a busy setting.

The position is full-time with a 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift, Monday to Friday, plus every 4th week rotation including weekend coverage. Starting pay is $17.93+ per hour with shift differentials and access to career development, retirement, and health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in general support or customer service.

What's Available

• 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)
• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Every 4th week rotation: Monday - Wednesday: 3:00 PM -11:30 PM + Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM -3:30 PM
• Location: La Crosse Emergency Services/Urgent Care
