Westminster College seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions - Yield Management to guide admitted students through financial aid and enrollment, building strong relationships with families and collaborating with Admissions Counselors to improve yield in a data-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in college admissions or related sales, with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills; some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three or more years’ experience in college admissions, sales or related position.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of prospective students through significant interpersonal communication and relationship building utilizing multi-modal approaches.
• Proactively anticipate student and family needs and manage execution of enrollment solutions through effective communication and problem solving.
• Responsible for admissions and financial aid related conversations with prospective students and families in an effort to enhance yield.
• Assist with the development and deployment of yield-based communication flow.
• In collaboration with department, organize and execute yield activities.
• Meet with prospective students and families during campus visits.
• Produce and disseminate anti-melt communications to students who have already deposited.
• Actively participate in recruitment and yield events throughout the year including Welcome to Westminster, SOAR, alumni receptions, etc
• Ability to articulate the value and benefits of a liberal arts institution.
• Some travel may be required as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
