Qualifications

• Masters degree with credentialing (LSW, LMFT-A, LMHC-A, and LAC) required or LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, and LCAC preferred.
• One to three years of experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings serving culturally diverse populations.
• Admissions experience in substance abuse services preferred.
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria for Level of Care (3.7 and 3.5).
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess readiness for treatment.
• Review and recommend treatment options with clients and their families.
• Provides appropriate orientation to program aspects post admission, including documentation and data input into computer system.
