Qualifications

• 4 years of healthcare experience in patient access, registration, financial clearance or revenue cycle.
• Call center experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring abilities and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead admissions team workflow, coach staff, and coordinate daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, schedules, and 24/7 coverage for the department.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure policy compliance and quality.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and professional development for new hires.
• Ensure accurate registrations, optimal billing and cash flow outcomes.
