Job summary

The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) is seeking an Admissions Support Representative to serve as a primary contact for applicants and students. You will assist by phone and in person in the Enrollment Services lobby, respond to email inquiries, and outreach to verify admissions information and qualifications.

You will also help with admissions data analysis, document handling, and collaboration with campus partners while maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution.
• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with handling admissions documents and FERPA confidentiality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by phone and in person in the Enrollment Services lobby.
• Respond to email inquiries and outreach to applicants for admissions information and qualifications.
• Participate in database analysis of admissions data and verify authenticity of documents.
• Collaborate effectively with students and campus partners.
