Six Flags St. Louis is hiring for Guest Relations. You will sell tickets and season passes, respond to guest questions in person, by mail, or by phone, and help maintain a safe, friendly park environment.

You must be at least 16 to apply, and we offer schedule flexibility. This role involves lifting up to 40 lbs for Lost & Found/Rental tasks, navigating multiple computer programs, and delivering cheerful guest service across shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, outdoors in various weather.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfort with lifting up to 40 lbs for Lost & Found/Rental duties.
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Accurately handle multiple types of transactions including selling tickets and season passes, issuing vouchers, etc.
• Respond to Guest questions and comments in person, by letter, e-mail, or by phone
• Resolve and document Guest concerns or compliments in person, by letter, e-mail, or by phone
• Maintain a safe, friendly and clean, work environment
• Friendly Guest Interaction
• Rent strollers and wheelchairs
• Able to navigate through multiple computer programs to assist Guests
• Maintain Lost and Found Inventory
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor and/or manager
