Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two years of professional work experience, ideally in higher education.
• A valid California driver’s license with a good driving record; out-of-state licenses allowed until appointment.

Responsibilities

• Represents the university to prospective students, families, counselors, and organizations.
• Manages recruitment territory and enrolls students through the admissions cycle.
• Conducts on-campus interviews and information sessions for prospective students.
• Organizes and participates in admissions events on and off campus.
• Counsels applicants on programs, requirements and financial aid options.
• Collaborates with staff; supervises assigned personnel and approves timesheets.
• Travel required; evenings and weekends as needed throughout the year.
