The coordinator plans recruiting events, interviews applicants, and uses recruitment data to shape future event strategy. The role also oversees the Levin Ambassadors program and supports efforts to convert admitted students into enrolled ones.

Highlights

• Plan and host on-campus and virtual recruitment events with the College of Law events team.
• Represent UF Law at off-campus and virtual events nationwide, including LSAC Forums, college fairs, panels, and private visits.
• Analyze recruitment outcome data and recommend event selection and format for the next cycle.
• Meet with prospective J.D. students to build interest and answer application questions.
• Interview applicants and make admissions recommendations based on enrollment goals.
• Oversee the Levin Ambassadors program, including training, event staffing, and effectiveness.
• Support yield efforts for admitted students.
• Travel up to 25% of the time, up to one week at a time.
• Hold a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience, or a master's degree, plus a valid driver's license.
• Expected salary of $58,000-$65,000; experience with Slate or similar CRM and law school admissions work is preferred.
