The position serves as a subject matter expert on admissions, academic records (transfer articulations), and university policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include resolving complex student issues, assisting students with the admissions and registration processes, conducting presentations and informational sessions, supporting and coordinating student workers, leading special projects, and serving as a team member to promote efficient, admission processing services.
Associate’s degree or higher in related field. Five (5) years of related experience.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
