Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Well-developed public speaking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments including Word and Excel.
• Bilingual in English-Spanish is a plus.
• Professional work experience in sales/promotion/public relations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for traditional undergraduate programs.
• Represent the University at high school visits, college fairs, and other events.
• Communicate with students and families via phone, email, text, social media, and in person.
• Engage counselors, teachers, and coaches at high schools and community colleges.
• Attend recruiting fairs and other off-campus events; travel limited to regional and out-of-state.
