Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking an Admissions Specialist for The Ranch in Wrightsville, PA. This part-time role (Mon-Fri, 3pm–7pm) focuses on evaluating potential clients, verifying benefits, and guiding admissions across Promises facilities.

You will build relationships, present treatment options, and support referrals within a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The role requires a high school diploma, customer-service experience, and strong knowledge of addiction treatment,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Sales and/or marketing experience are a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong understanding of addiction, treatment options, and insurance basics.
Ability to communicate benefits of residential treatment and private-pay considerations.
Excellent follow-up skills and capacity to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

Consult with potential clients to assess appropriate programs and facilities.
Verify benefits and discuss coverage and costs with clients or responsible parties.
Assess acuity and provide treatment recommendations based on clinical fit.
Deliver effective telephone presentations highlighting Promises Benefits.
Develop prospective client relationships and generate leads through outreach.
Coordinate referrals and hand off to facilities per policy.
