Position Overview

Support accurate and compliant postsecondary admissions communications and applicant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through approved admissions procedures and documentation.
• Provide accurate program information and disclosures using authorized materials.
• Maintain applicant records and disciplined follow-up through CRM systems.
• Coordinate admissions activity with campus leadership and elevate questions requiring approval.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary admissions experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, applicant follow-up and accurate program disclosures.
• Strong documentation, communication and compliance awareness.
