Job summary

LeafSpring Schools is seeking an Admissions Specialist to join our Enrollment & Family Engagement Team in Charlotte. The role guides prospective families from inquiry to enrollment with a focus on exceptional customer service and relationship-building.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will schedule tours, conduct tours, manage records, and coordinate with the team to ensure a warm LeafSpring experience for every family.

Qualifications

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective families.
• Ability to manage multiple families, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Confident using technology, databases, email, calendars, and other digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new family inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build relationships with prospective families through consistent, personalized follow-up.
• Schedule and confirm school tours.
• Assist with and eventually conduct tours of our schools.
• Maintain accurate prospective-family information, notes, and follow-up tasks within our enrollment system.
• Follow up with families after tours and throughout their decision-making process.
• Assist families with enrollment paperwork and next steps.
• Maintain communication with waitlisted families.
• Partner closely with the Director of Admissions through daily check-ins and weekly planning meetings.
• Support enrollment events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
• Help ensure every prospective family receives a warm, responsive, and consistent LeafSpring experience.

Admissions Specialist – LeafSpring Schools

LeafSpring Schools is growing! As we prepare to expand our school community, we are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and relationship-driven Admissions Specialist to join our Enrollment & Family Engagement Team.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Specialist will help guide prospective families from their initial inquiry through enrollment. This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with families, providing exceptional customer service, and helping parents feel confident about choosing the right early education experience for their child.
