Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• Healthcare scheduling, behavioral health, or substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and general computer systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Knowledge of MAT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient admissions for inpatient substance use treatment.
• Serve as primary contact for referrals, guiding admissions process.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers and external partners for smooth transitions.
• Work with community providers to coordinate Methadone and MAT services prior to admission.
• Coordinate with correctional facilities to plan continuation of care and treatment planning.
• Maintain scheduling records and patient data using Excel and internal systems.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and accuracy.
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette, empathy with patients and families.
• Ensure admissions documentation and scheduling meet regulatory standards.
