Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Admissions Sales Representative to identify, engage, and enroll prospective students in our skilled trades programs. This role combines relationship-building with consultative selling to guide applicants from first contact through enrollment.

You will meet monthly enrollment targets, represent Lincoln Tech at community events, and work with lead support to help students choose programs that fit their career goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and recruitment within education preferred.
• Ability to present persuasively and speak publicly.
• Track record in education or B2C sales is a plus.
• Willingness to take coaching and implement feedback.
• Comfort with technology and using it effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling presentations about Lincoln Tech programs and outcomes.
• Guide prospects through enrollment from initial contact to start date.
• Build relationships with prospective students and families through consultative selling.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Represent Lincoln Tech at community events, job fairs, and industry gatherings.
