Charter College in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Admissions Representative (Sales) to handle inquiries from phone, mail, and web and to build relationships with prospective students.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Admissions; requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and at least two years in sales calls or admissions; strong communication, multitasking, and goal orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• 2 years minimum work experience in a sales calls related environment.
• 2 years minimum work experience in Admissions Representative (Sales).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
• Punctual, responsible, ethical and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via telephone, direct mail, and Internet.
• Meet goals, develop leads, and enroll qualified applicants.
• Schedule admission interviews and conduct them by phone, in person, or video.
• Enter tasks and notes into CampusVue daily and track deadlines.
• Attend Admissions and staff meetings and follow established policies.
