Job summary

Lincoln Tech in South Plainfield, NJ seeks an Admissions Sales Representative to identify, engage, and enroll prospective students in skilled trades programs. This role emphasizes relationship building and consultative selling to help students discover career-changing opportunities.

The successful candidate will conduct compelling program presentations, guide applicants through the enrollment process, and represent Lincoln Tech at community events and job fairs.

Qualifications

• Sales, recruitment, and education sales experience.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in education sales or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to take and implement coaching.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to use effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations about Lincoln Tech programs and outcomes.
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process from initial contact to start.
• Build relationships with prospective students and families using consultative selling.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Represent Lincoln Tech at community events, job fairs, and industry gatherings.
