Job summary

The Colony Healthcare Center, Tallmadge, OH, seeks an Admissions Sales Director to lead healthcare admissions sales. The role focuses on developing referral networks, community marketing, and converting referrals to meet census goals.

You will work with Central Intake, coordinate pre-admission procedures, and conduct tours and follow-ups while building strategic partnerships in the community.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience marketing/admissions in health care.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medicare, medicaid and private insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable transportation a must.
• Flexibility with days and times.
• Ability to work independently with a pleasant personality.
• Must maintain confidentiality and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships in the community.
• Convert referrals to meet census goals for the facility.
• Develop a strategic sales plan for admissions.
• Coordinate pre-admission and admission procedures.
• Collaborate with Central Intake to process referrals.
