Responsibilities include communicating with leads, guiding applicants, and maintaining Salesforce records, with a focus on licensing compliance and closing enrollments in a professional school setting.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior sales, admissions, or related experience mandatory.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Must obtain and maintain mandatory state licensing for the role.
• Strong leadership and enrollment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leads and inquiries to schedule enrollment.
• Present Roadmaster’s mission, course offerings, and benefits via verbal and written communication.
• Guide applicants through application completion and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state licensing requirements.
• Follow up on qualified prospects to close enrollment and achieve mandatory enrollment mandates.
• Represent Roadmaster in a professional office and school environment.
