Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or observational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for admissions and complete medication reconciliation.
• Facilitate emergency transfers when needed and obtain admission orders.
• Review referrals and assess medical and behavioral acuity to respond within timeframes.
• Coordinate admissions process including assessment, consent and belongings inventory.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and secure initial pre-authorization for treatment and admission.
