The University of Alabama is seeking an Admissions Representative I for the Capstone College of Nursing. You will counsel individuals through the admissions and enrollment process, evaluate academic preparation, and represent the University at on- and off-campus events and information sessions.
This role supports North Alabama recruitment, requires travel, and emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with faculty and community partners to meet enrollment goals.
Minimum: $43,888 - Midpoint: $50,700 (Salaried E5)

The Admissions Representative I counsels individuals throughout the admissions and enrollment process based on their individual circumstances or needs. Evaluates prospective student’s academic preparation and interests to determine appropriate opportunities at the University. Represents the University at on- and off-campus events and information sessions. Provides superior customer service for prospective students and families.
Serves as the Capstone College of Nursing’s primary recruitment representative in the North Alabama geographic territory. Develops and maintains relationships with prospective students and their families, healthcare organizations, high schools, community colleges, alumni, and other community partners to advance the College’s enrollment goals. Promotes nursing education opportunities at the Capstone College of Nursing, provides accurate admissions guidance, identifies prospective students, coordinates recruitment activities, and connects interested students with appropriate College and University resources. Monitors regional recruitment trends and healthcare workforce needs to inform the College’s recruitment strategies. Frequently travels throughout the assigned territory and periodically travels to The University of Alabama campus are required.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
