POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Northpoint team, the Recovery Technician is responsible for attending to the safety and wellbeing of patients, and working with a multidisciplinary treatment team in accordance with policy and procedure, to provide the best possible patient care. This position plays an important role in the implementation of programming and care plans by providing direct and indirect patient care that complies with Northpoint policies and procedures for unlicensed staff. This position will actively support the structure of the milieu through appropriate resource allocation and supervision of patients. The Recovery Technician works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities.
