Admissions Advisors (Reps) work on a team of campus representatives to recruit qualified applicants for admission to the school. While recruiting students, reps must comply with state, federal and accreditation guidelines, along with company policies and regulations, while remaining consistent with the highest ethical standards and providing excellent customer service. Admissions employees are also responsible for managing time and inquiry resources to generate interest in our programs.
This position will conduct a high quantity of prospect phone calls to secure appointments and interview activity, and conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants. Reps will also be required to seek referrals as well as self-generate leads. Incumbent must assure quality services to clients; professional development, growth, involvement, and recognition of employees; adherence to the strictest ethical standards and compliance with all state and accrediting guidelines are also considered in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position.
