Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in Concord, North Carolina, is seeking a Coordinator of Admissions and Recruitment to be the first point of contact for prospective students, parents and counselors. You will analyze requests, cultivate prospects and articulate admissions policies throughout the enrollment process.

The role oversees recruitment events, enrollment marketing and collaboration with the director to plan campus visits, outreach programs and informative sessions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and experience in admissions, enrollment or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, manage meetings and collaborate with teams.
• Knowledgeable about CRM systems and communication with prospective students.

Responsabilidades

• Actively recruit diverse students for enrollment in academic programs.
• Serve as main information and enrollment contact for assigned programs.
• Travel to high schools, college fairs, community events to promote the college.
• Develop and implement content strategies to raise program exposure.
• Support lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment goal achievement.
• Maintain admissions materials and prospective student records.
