Job summary

Starting salary is $20.20 USD hourly. Final offers depend on qualifications and experience; equivalent education and training may be considered.

Qualifications

• Some college or associate's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience will be considered.
• 1-3 years preferred experience in customer services.
• 1-3 years preferred experience in recruitment, enrollment or admissions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate TSTC core values with stakeholders, customers, students, and community members.
• Recruitment strategies tailored to engage high school students, educators, and community members; promote dual credit and college readiness.
• Provide personalized guidance to student applicants, ensuring all requirements are met and guiding them through the admissions process.
• Manage admissions and administrative tasks: registration, enrollment, document collection, data entry, and maintain student records.
• Coordinate with faculty and departments to support student success and respond to general applicant inquiries.
