Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, student services, social work, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in educational outreach, academic advising, financial aid advising, career advising, or teaching required.

Responsibilities

• Guide students toward degree or certificate completion.
• Create personalized educational plans aligned with goals.
• Explain policies and help students navigate them.
• Coordinate information sessions and projects.
• Make referrals to support services.
• Track student progress and generate reports.
