Job summary

TSTC is seeking an admissions support specialist to manage a student applicant caseload, offer guidance on enrollment, financial aid, and progression, and collaborate with internal departments to support prospective students.

You will conduct outreach with high schools and community partners, coordinate with Admissions, Registrar, Operations and Student Services, and maintain accurate records using the college’s software; starting salary is $20.20 USD hourly.

Qualifications

• Some college or associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in customer service preferred.
• 1–3 years in recruitment, enrollment, or admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to student applicants throughout admissions process.
• Manage admissions tasks including registration, documents, and data entry.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Registrar, Operations and Student Services.
• Support outreach to high schools and community events promoting programs.
• Promote dual credit, workforce training, and college readiness initiatives.
