Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, schools, nonprofits, and workforce organizations.
• Ensure all recruitment and admissions activities follow ethical guidelines, avoiding misrepresentation or undue pressure on applicants.
• Provide clear, encouraging information about programs, benefits, and enrollment steps to prospective students and partners.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process, including eligibility, financial aid, and application requirements.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure they feel supported from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and track recruitment results to evaluate effectiveness.
